Positive, The staff was super accommodating, letting us check in early at 1pm. Our Classic Family Room was clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed extra space and a kettle for hot water. Overall a great experience 😊

The breakfast is good with a great selection of things to eat and drink. Favourable and magnificent location as it's and adjacent to a cafe nearby, quiet neighbourhood, and the railway station Santa Maria Novella.

The room was cozy, clean, and spacious, with a kettle & free wi-fi. Francesca was as sweet as pie, helpin' us feel right at home. Breakfast was simple but good, though the entrance was a bit tricky to find. All the good food spots just a hop, skip, and a jump away!

The room I stayed in was spacious and clean, with an electric kettle and complimentary drinks that added a nice touch. The check-in process went smoothly. I was a bit disappointed with the inadequate soap and shampoo provided. The entrance was somewhat tricky to locate. The old window design made maintaining a comfortable temperature challenging. Having more clothing storage space would have been appreciated. Just a couple of hooks in the bathroom and bedroom for hanging clothes would be beneficial. My stay was comfortable, but there are small improvements that could enhance the experience significantly.
